As any true horror fan knows, there are certain rules

you must abide by to successfully navigate a massive

convention weekend. We want everyone to have a killer time, so here is the official

Admission vs. Experiences:

Your admission ticket gets you inside the Pasadena Convention Center

to experience the magic of the event,

but all Professional Photo Ops and Table Signings

& Selfies are completely separate from admission.

 Table Signings & Selfies:

Our incredible signing guests will be at their designated tables selling autographs

and table selfies (at the guest's discretion).

​

Pricing is Set by the Guest:

Please note that pricing for all autographs and table selfies is determined entirely by the guest and their management team, not Voodoo Magic Studios. These prices are not set in advance and will be posted at their tables.

The Pro-Photo Time Crunch

If a guest is highly popular and has a stacked Professional Photo Op schedule,

they will be away from their tables to fulfill those sessions.

This does means they will have

less time available for table signings, so prioritize your

"must-meets" early and plan your day!

Line Caps & Limits

Our guests are human and can only do meet-and-greets

for a limited number of people per day.

To ensure safety and respect everyone's time, lines cannot extend forever.

Lines will be cappedand cut off when necessary,

and there is no standby waiting allowed.

No Guarantees

While we want everyone to meet their ultimate favorites, simply attending

the event does not guarantee an autograph or a meet-and-greet.

Please plan ahead, arrive early, and use your time wisely!

Guest Availability Subject to Change

Every celebrity announced on our roster is officially confirmed to attend.

However, the entertainment industry is VERY unpredictable.

Guest appearances are always subject to change or cancellation

due to unforeseen professional

or personal circumstances completely beyond the

control of Voodoo Magic Studios.

The Golden Rule of Woodsboro: Respect & Safety

The safety, security, and well-being of our celebrity guests, attendees,

and staff is our absolute highest priority.

We expect everyone to treat the talent,and each other;

with the utmost kindness, dignity, and mutual respect.

Consider this our strict, zero-tolerance policy:

Harassment, bullying, aggressive behavior,

or any actions that threaten the safety or personal

boundaries of our guests will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

​

If you violate these rules, cross a line, or make a guest or fellow attendee feel unsafe, you will be subject to immediate removal from the event without a refund and possibly banned from future Voodoo Magic Studios events.

 

We are here to celebrate an iconic horror legacy together,

but the terror belongs strictly on the screen.

Treat the talent and your fellow fans with the respect they deserve,

and we'll all survive the weekend!

The Final Rule:

All admission tickets, photo ops, and event add-ons

are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All sales are final. Surviving the weekend is all about having a game plan.
